more like, pajamas, bed, exhaustion?
im digusted with myself that it has taken me three weeks to post something!!!!!
it hasn't been for lack of trying. but after working 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week, who wants to come home and sit in front of a computer. now don't get me wrong i've still religiously followed other blogs over the past three weeks, just like i have for the past 18 months. that's right folks, ive been that annoyingly annonymus reader who leaves comments and had no blog for you to peak at. well all of that changed three weeks ago, when my lovely cousin over at Swe Daisy Spaces, God help me i have no idea how to make that a link to click on (im learning), help set me up with this little baby, "Elle On Safari".
my intention is to use this blog as a place to share, learn and vent about all the chimpanzee moments i encounter on a daily basis. hopefully we learn a little something from eachother and have a few laughs along the way.
the up coming weeks are going to be a little crazy, im leaving my job, moving back to a city i love and going back to school. im hoping to share some before and after shots of my ATTEMPT at decorating and hopefully share some wisdom while im at it.
you'll have to excuse my lack of punctuation, it just isnt my style. a few things you should know about me, my sense of humour is sahara dessert dry, im ridiculously obsessed with elephants (of the real variety), zebra print (not the actual animal, just in the textile sense) and my love for all things pink could scare small children.
im also deathly afraid of heights, enter the above picture. that is a HUGE ferris wheel in niagara falls, canada. i did go on it, i didnt pass out but i certainly hyperventilated for the 20 minutes we were up there. that picture is a favourite of mine. oh i should have mentioned, im picture crazy! as in my canon rebel is always in my purse, i lug that baby EVERYWHERE...you just never know when a photo op will happen!
with love and until next time,
Laura
